  • Connection data: via Google OAuth if you choose this authentication method
  • Usage data: customer reviews entered, brand configurations, generated visuals and videos
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited
  • Billing data: processed directly by Stripe (we do not store your banking information)

3. Use of Data

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Generate visuals and videos from your customer reviews
  • Communicate with you (support, important notifications)
  • Comply with our legal obligations

4. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the Service (authentication, language preferences). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

5. Third Parties and Subcontractors

We use the following subcontractors:

  • Stripe: payment processing (United States, Privacy Shield certified)
  • S3-compatible storage: hosting of generated files (visuals, videos)
  • Resend: transactional email delivery
  • OpenAI: smart reformulation of reviews (data is anonymized)

Each subcontractor has been selected for its level of GDPR compliance.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format
