Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the TrustISnap platform (hereinafter "the Service"), published by TrustISnap SAS (hereinafter "the Publisher").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

TrustISnap is a SaaS platform that allows professionals to:

• Collect and manage customer reviews
• Automatically generate visuals and videos from those reviews
• Customize content to match their brand identity
• Download content for publication on social media

3. Account Creation

Access to the Service requires the creation of a user account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans and Billing

The Service is offered under several pricing plans:

• Free: limited features (5 reviews, 10 images/month, 3 videos/month)
• Pro ($9/month): unlimited reviews, unlimited images, 50 videos/month, all templates
• Agency ($19/month): all Pro features + unlimited videos + multi-brand

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (customer reviews, logos, brand configurations). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the submitted content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, templates, interface, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. The Publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

Visuals and videos generated by the Service belong to you and may be used freely for commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." The Publisher does not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption or free from errors. The Publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of data, profits, or clientele.

The total liability of the Publisher is limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless legal obligations require retention.

9. Modifications to the Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial changes. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
